Access the New York Times

Norwich University's Academic Pass includes access to the TimesMachine, a digital archive of print NYTimes articles from 1851-2002. Our pass includes unlimited access to the New York Times archived articles outside the 1923–1980 date range.

There is a five article daily limit per user for articles published between the years 1923–1980 accessed through the TimesMachine. If you need additional access to articles from this time period, please use our Historical New York Times database.

The Kreitzberg Library also subscribes to the Historical New York Times database from ProQuest. Unlike TimesMachine, this database includes rich metadata and advanced search tools for in-depth historical research.
