Use Google Scholar

What is Google Scholar?

Google Scholar describes itself as a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. From one place, you can search across many disciplines and sources: articles, theses, books, abstracts, and court opinions; from academic publishers, professional societies, online repositories, universities, and other websites.

Google Scholar is a great tool for finding open-access (freely available) scholarly journals and digital collections.  In some cases, Google Scholar takes you to the publisher's website, where you will be asked to pay.  You should never have to pay for an article!
