Find Books

Use the filters in the left sidebar to refine your search results depending on your needs.

1. Experimenting with different sorting options under the Sort dropdown may surface different results.
2. Change the scope of your search from NU holdings only to libraries worldwide under Held by to discover books outside of our collection.
3. Limit results to a particular format such as eBook or Print Book under Format.
4. The Publication Year limiter allows you to only return recently published works, or a custom year range.

Access Options

Click a title to open the book's item details page. In the Access Options panel you'll find

1. Access Online links out to ebook platforms.
2. Availability status, shelving location, and call number.
3. Request button for print books held by the Kreitzberg Library (see our request books guide for more information).

Item Details

The item details page offers helpful information about the book.

1. Review the Contents to quickly understand the book's structure.
2. Linked Subject headings can help you explore other books on the same topic.

Browse the Shelf

Use the Browse the Shelf feature to explore neighboring books by call number.

Explore Editions and Formats

In the Explore Editions and Formats table, you can

1. Filter the table to view editions by Format or Publication Year.
2. View how many libraries own a given edition under the Library heading. Editions held by NU appear at the top when using the default "Library" sort order.
