Student Learning Outcomes for Module #3 - MLA Style Workshop

  • Students will be able to identify key component parts of citations such as title, author, journal title, place of publication, etc.
  • Students will be able to compare different information sources (news articles, blogs, books, journal articles) in terms of credibility and trustworthiness
  • Students will be able to evaluate the credentials of authors in order to determine the scope of authority for different information sources

We would be glad to visit your class during a time where students are working on putting their bibliographies together! Time for this activity could be anywhere from 15 minutes to the whole class period - it's up to you!
