If you want to use the Save Searches feature in CINAHL, you will need to create a Personal Account in Ebscohost.  Tip:  This account is not the same as your library account or university network account.

You can save your Search History so it is not lost once you have left the session.

When you start a new search session in CINAHL, you can open the Saved menu under My Dashboard to view your saved searches. You may need to sign into your MyEBSCO account before your saved searches appear.
