On the Search activity tab, you can

• run a search query by clicking on the hyperlinked term under Your search
• delete any or all searches using the Delete button
• share a search query by selecting one or more searches and selecting the Share button

To save a search from the Search history tab, select the search you'd like to save and select the Actions dropdown, then Save search.
