Grammarly is an automated online writing support tool that does more than just highlight grammar and spelling errors. The program offers contextual advice and suggestions for improving sentence structure, word choice, and style for all kinds of documents. It can even help prevent plagiarism by checking for unoriginal text against a database of over 8 billion web pages. The Kreitzberg Library is pleased to offer Norwich students, faculty, and staff free access to the premium academic version of Grammarly, known as Grammarly@EDU.
The link below will take you to the Grammarly@EDU sign up page, where you can register a new account using an @norwich.edu or @stu.norwich.edu email address. Do not use the "Continue with Google" option. Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Click on the link in the confirmation email and you will have full access to all of Grammarly's premium apps and browser plugins.
The registration process requires a norwich.edu email domain for verification, and you should NOT be prompted for an access code to register your account. If you have already used your Norwich email address to register at grammarly.com instead of grammarly.com/edu, you must delete your account and re-register using the link below.
