About the Celebration

At the annual Faculty Scholarship Celebration, scholarship from the year prior is recognized for a week in the Kreitzberg Library. The Celebration is part of the Faculty Senate Library Committee’s charge and is organized in collaboration with the Office of Academic Research and the Library.

Traditionally the Celebration features displays of faculty scholarly and creative works published or presented during the preceding September–August. A reception kicks everything off, and the week culminates with a luncheon and invited presentations. For the 2021 Celebration, there will not be a reception or exhibit, but invited talks by select faculty members are offered.
