Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Services at Norwich University

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service by which the Kreitzberg Library Interlibrary Loan staff obtains research materials not available in print or online the Kreitzberg Library.

Books, articles, book chapters, and other materials not available in the Kreitzberg Library may be requested through interlibrary loan.  Please do not request textbooks through interlibrary loan as the loan periods are generally short (30 days) and not meant for semester long usage.

ILLiad is the resource sharing management software used by the Kreitzberg Library.  The ILLiad system allows you to place interlibrary loan requests, track your requests, check due dates, renew items, and view your interlibrary loan borrowing history.  All interlibrary loan requests must be submitted through your ILLiad account.
