Serial Set

The United States Congressional Serial Set, commonly referred to as the Serial Set, began publication with the 15th Congress, 1st Session (1817). Documents before 1817 may be found in the American State Papers.

The Serial Set contains the House and Senate Documents and the House and Senate Reports.

Selected 19th century and early 20th century (1833-1917) documents and reports from the U.S. Serial Set have been optically scanned and placed on the Library of Congress American Memory Project U.S. Serial Set webpage.

Print and microfiche copies are avaible for use in the Kreitzberg Library.  A print serial set index is also available for for use at the library.

The list includes both government and non-government sites.
